Feel Good Flow @ The Space

Wednesdays 9-10 am

In class, we will discover and develop balance of effort and ease, movement and stillness, softness and strength. Bringing awareness to the breath. Attuning to our intention. In the shuffle of life, this pocket of time will be rooted in slowing down to create space for transformation and growth to take place. Not just in physical form, but mentally, emotionally, spiritually, energetically, and beyond. Observing and allowing the subtle shifts to take place from the inside out.

It is our birthright to feel good. As so, may this class serve as an opportunity to return home to our hearts and remember who we are at our core. Believing we are safe and supported on this journey of life. Moving mindfully in each moment and meeting ourselves where we’re at each time we show up to the mat.

Private or Group Session {In-Person or Online}

With 1:1’s, practice is redefined to cater to individual needs.  Private classes are designed to focus on detailed requests such as alignment, advanced postures, breath work, sequencing, relaxation, flexibility, injury rehabilitation, yoga therapeutics, or meditation.

The non-intimidating environment of private yoga sessions gives students a chance to ask questions and receive advanced assistance. Perfect for students of all levels, including those who are new to yoga and not yet interested in attending public classes.

Live & On-Demand Classes

Not local to Hatteras Island, NC? Do you prefer to practice yoga whenever and wherever you like? If so, my online classes are a great option to maintain a consistent yoga practice from home or while traveling. Whether live in real time via Zoom or later on with the replay, there is an option for you!
